What if something goes wrong?
You can choose during the ordering process from one of the above payment options. Once you have chosen the method of payment at the end of your order, you enter the secure environment of Mollie payments to complete the payment. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation email directly from us. All prices include VAT.
If you have problems with the payment you can login in "my account" and finish the payment. You can still choose all payment methods.
We use KDZ for express deliveries of parcels. You will receive an email with your airway bill number wich you can use to track & trace on their site (www.kdz.com). They deliver Monday till Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. The first time you are not at home, they leave a note in the mailbox with a contact request to make a new appointment.
Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are free and free returns with our Kiala label.
