What if something goes wrong?
During the ordering process, you can choose from one of the above payment options. Once you have chosen the method of payment at the end of your order, you enter the secure environment of Mollie payments to complete the payment. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation email directly from us. All prices are VAT included.
If you have problems with the payment you can login in "my account" and finish the payment. You can still choose all payment methods.
Home delivery with KDZ for express deliveries of parcels. You will receive an email with your airwaybill-number wich you can use to track & trace on their site (www.kdz.com). They deliver from Monday till Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. The first time you are not at home, they will leave a note in the mailbox with a contact request to make a new appointment.
DPD Home delivery (Wadden islands excluded)
DPD delivers from Monday till Saturday in the Netherlands (Wadden islands excluded). On the morning of delivery you will receive a message stating the delivery time with a 2 hour accuracy and the track & trace information. If not at home the package will be taken to the nearest service point of DPD.
DPD Service/Pick-up point delivery (Wadden islands excluded)
Your package will be delivered at the selected service/pick-up point in the Netherlands (Wadden islands excluded) and Belgium. On the morning of delivery you will receive a message with the track & trace information. Please bring your ID when picking up your package.
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is free and return deliveries can be sent with our DPD label.
We have a delivery period of 2-4 days for orders that are directly paid for.
When payment is done by bank transfer the delivery period depends on the moment payment is received.
